Chefs Butchers Blocks

Butchers' Blocks are made from specially selected hard woods. Canadian Rock Maple is the most regularly used, although many other varieties are available. The timber is kiln dried to be obtain a specific moisture content, with only a low tolerance of variation.
Timber regularly used are Canadian Rock Maple, West African Iroko and European Beech.
