Chef's Chopping Boards - Round

Chef's Chopping Boards are made from specially selected hard woods. Canadian Rock Maple is the most regularly used, although many other varieties are available The timber has to be kiln dried to be obtain a specific moisture content, with only a low tolerance for variation.
