Food Preparation Tables & Butchers Chopping Blocks

For the heavier application, we manufacture a range of tabling and chopping blocks to suit all requirements. Tables are fabricated in our own metalwork shop from high specification aluminium and stainless steel tubular section. All joints are fully welded and polished to give a smooth, hygienic finish.

Tops are crafted from either stainless steel, polyethylene, hardwood, or a combination of the three. Whilst there is a standard range of sizes available, we are more than happy to manufacture to any size, and custom design too!!

Butchers chopping blocks is where the company started 120 years ago and the design has not changed much since those early days. However, technology has and the modern chopping block is designed to meet differing environments which necessitates careful drying and treating to withstand those demands.

All blocks are 175mm thick Canadian end grain maple, reversible and are strengthened by a matrix of 12mm bolts running through them countersunk into a 45mm thick solid frame fitted around the perimeter. There are 20 standard sizes available, but again, we can custom manufacture to any reasonable size.
