SURFACE MESSAGING
The surface messaging on Rowplas TC can be marked at four locations (two on each work-surface) parallel to the short edges of the boards:-

In these positions, and with concise text, it is possible to convey several vital messages. The text is permanent, achieved by the use of the latest laser-beam technology.

STANDARD MESSAGING
Marked once on each work-surface, the standard text, identifying each of six food-groups, is matched to each of the standard colour codes, For example, the text "COOKED MEATS ONLY" is matched with YELLOW code boards. Please see the standard range shown on the front page.
The six standard food-group texts are available in any one of 16 languages, Bi-lingual versions are available at nominal extra charge. |
VARIABLE MESSAGING
The surface text can be readily customised; so the food-group dedications can be varied to meet special requirements, For example, where a standard colour code is not required, it can be re-allocated e.g. If the BLUE code is not required for the usual 'raw fish' application, it can be re-dedicated, with new text, to 'SANDWICH PREP ONLY', thus:-

Similarly, where pungent foods are being prepared and there is a risk of flavour contamination, boards can be dedicated to that application e.g. 'SPICE PREP' or 'SMOKED FISH PREP'.

AREA-SPECIFIC MESSAGING
To prevent boards from migrating from one prep. area to another, Rowplas TC can be marked (once on each board) according to the area or kitchen to which
they are dedicated. This provides an additional control over potential bacterial cross-contamination and ensures that boards are always returned from wash-up to their correct location, For example, marked at one of the four text locations:-

SANITATION MESSAGING
A revolutionary aspect of the Rowplas TC system is the capacity to mark each board with a Hygiene Instruction to reinforce essential hygiene procedures and to raise the profile of due diligence, For example:-
